Winter Island Park is the perfect setting for this day of family-friendly entertainment, a seaside location that helps the cast of Pastimes recreate the exciting and terrifying days when pirates ruled the seas!

ABOUT THE FAIRE

The Salem Pirate Faire features an ongoing storyline each day, and plenty of opportunities for patrons to meet some of the most famed and feared pirate captains in history! The faire also features music, unique variety acts, vendors dealing in clothes, jewelry, gifts, and accessories, and abundant grub and grog (that's food and drink for you landlubbers).

Get your sea legs ready, put on your best eye patch, and join us for a day of thrills!

DIRECTIONS TO WINTER ISLAND PARK

From Route 128N: Take exit 25A and follow Route 114 East into Salem. There will be a Hess gas station on your left - go up over the overpass and take your 1st right which will take you back under the overpass onto Bridge Street - go straight around the rotary and continue going straight until you come to the first set of working lights - take a right onto Webb Street (follow signs for Salem Willows Amusement Park). Stay on Webb Street until you pass the power plant on your right. Once you pass the power plant, you'll see a sign for Winter Island Park. Take that right and follow Winter Island Road all the way until you come into the Park.

From Boston: Take I-93N to exit 37-A (I-95N) to Route 128N - take exit 25A and follow Route 114 East into Salem. There will be a Hess gas station on your left - go up over the overpass and take your 1st right which will take you back under the overpass onto Bridge Street - go straight around the rotary and continue going straight until you come to the first set of working lights - take a right onto Webb Street (follow signs for Salem Willows Amusement Park). Stay on Webb Street until you pass the power plant on your right. Once you pass the power plant, you'll see a sign for Winter Island Park. Take that right and follow Winter Island Road all the way until you come into the Park.

From Maine/New Hampshire: Take 1-95S (ME) or I-93S (NH) to Route 128N - take exit 25A and follow Route 114 East into Salem. There will be a Hess gas station on your left - go up over the overpass and take your 1st right which will take you back under the overpass onto Bridge Street - go straight around the rotary and continue going straight until you come to the first set of working lights - take a right onto Webb Street (follow signs for Salem Willows Amusement Park). Don't feel like driving? Then get to us by public transit! Take the Newbury/Rockport commuter rail into Salem, then catch the Salem Trolley to get to Winter Island Park.
